Grandmaster Phạm Xuân Tòng

Founder of Qwan Ki Do (Quán Khí Đạo)

Phạm Xuân Tòng, founder of Qwan Ki Do, created this Vietnamese martial art by blending traditional Vietnamese and Chinese techniques with a strong focus on discipline, philosophy, and personal growth. Born in Vietnam and later based in France, he dedicated his life to preserving and modernizing martial arts for global benefit.

In 1981, Grandmaster Phạm Xuân Tòng founded Qwan Ki Do, combining Vietnamese martial arts, Shaolin Kung Fu, and Southern Chinese styles. The name reflects harmony: Qwan (fist), Ki (energy), Do (the way). Qwan Ki Do emphasizes fitness, self-defense, moral values, and cultural heritage.
