General Dojo Rules

  • Punctuality – Arrive 10 minutes before class.
  • Clean Uniform – Keep your uniform clean and presentable.
  • Silence – Avoid unnecessary talking in class.
  • Bow with Respect – Entering and leaving the dojo.
  • No Jewelry – Remove accessories for safety.
  • Follow Instructor Commands – Respect the Sifu at all times.

Training Etiquette

  • Obey Instructor Guidance.
  • No Show-Offs – Martial arts is for growth, not intimidation.
  • Practice with Control – Especially during sparring.
  • Ask Before Recording – No videos/photos without permission.

Attendance & Promotion Rules

  • Minimum 75% attendance required for grading.
  • Grading is earned by skill, attitude, and discipline.
  • Students must maintain their Qwan Ki Do ID card.

Additional Guidelines

  • Parents must wait outside unless invited.
  • Keep phones on silent during class.
  • Participation in events is encouraged for growth.

Prohibited Behaviors

  • Disrespect towards instructors or students.
  • Using Qwan Ki Do for violence or threats.
  • Bringing weapons, food, or materials inside dojo.
  • Posting false achievements online.
