Rights, Responsibilities & Code of Conduct
The Qwan Ki Do Association of Odisha ensures that every member trains and grows in a respectful, safe, and disciplined environment. Below are the rights, responsibilities, and code of conduct that guide our community.
Rights of Members
- Training Access – Attend all scheduled training sessions and programs.
- Fair Evaluation – Grading and promotions based on skill and performance.
- Participation – Eligible for tournaments, seminars, and cultural events.
- Representation – Represent the association at recognized events.
- Information Access – Receive official notices and schedules.
- Safe Environment – Train in a safe and inclusive space.
Responsibilities of Members
- Maintain Discipline – Follow schedules and instructor guidance.
- Respect Instructors & Peers – Show courtesy and cooperation.
- Preserve Association Reputation – Uphold dignity and honor.
- Follow Safety Guidelines – Practice safely to avoid injury.
- Maintain Fitness – Stay physically and mentally prepared.
- Support Activities – Volunteer and assist in events when needed.
Code of Conduct
- Respect & Courtesy – Bow when entering/leaving training area.
- Punctuality – Be on time for training, events, and meetings.
- Dress Code – Wear the prescribed uniform and maintain hygiene.
- No Misconduct – No abuse, bullying, or disrespect tolerated.
- No Unauthorized Teaching – Do not teach without approval.
- Confidentiality – Do not share internal training methods or criteria.
- Zero Tolerance for Substance Abuse – No drugs, alcohol, or intoxicants.
