Affiliation for Dojos & Academies
Affiliating your martial arts school or academy brings credibility and growth opportunities for your students. Affiliated institutions enjoy recognition, permission to conduct belt exams, and full participation rights in official tournaments and seminars.

How to Apply?
- Fill out the online application form
- Submit required documents (ID proof, dojo details)
- Pay the annual membership/affiliation fee
- Receive your official Membership ID / Affiliation Certificate

STEP-1
You can apply new Q.A.O. District or Union Territory Membership. (Applicable only where Q.A.O. representation does not exist or is no longer ACTIVE).
STEP-2
Once approved by Qwan Ki Do Association Odisha, transfer Annual Membership fees to the Q.A.O. Head Office.

TERMS FOR ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP
- Must have a district/union territory representative appointed by Q.A.O.
- Within 6 months, legally register the District/UT QWAN KI DO ASSOCIATION as a non-profit body.
- Elect an executive committee (President, Secretary, Treasurer & 4+ members) within 6 months.
- Pay the annual Q.A.O. membership admission fees.
- Apply Athlete ID cards during admission time for District & Branch.
