Category Guidelines
Warm-up & Stretching Mandatory before every session to prepare muscles and joints.
Proper Technique Students must practice step-by-step under instructor supervision.
Protective Gear Gloves, shin guards, mouthguards, and helmets are compulsory for sparring.
Controlled Practice No excessive force; contact should be appropriate to belt level.
Safe Environment Mats, proper footwear, and clutter-free dojo to prevent slips and falls.
Health Monitoring Students with medical conditions must inform the instructor in advance.
Hydration & Breaks Regular water breaks to prevent fatigue-related injuries.
Emergency Procedures
Immediate Response Stop training immediately when an injury occurs.
First Aid On-site first-aid kit available at all times; instructors trained in first aid.
Medical Attention For serious injuries, call emergency services and contact guardians immediately.
Area Safety Clear the training area around the injured student to allow proper care.
Incident Reporting Maintain a written report for every injury with details and treatment given.
Follow-up Care Students require medical clearance before resuming training.
Emergency Contacts Parents/guardians/emergency numbers must be provided during registration.
