Committee – Qwan Ki Do Association

The Qwan Ki Do Association is governed by a dedicated committee of experienced martial artists, trainers, and administrators who work together to uphold the values, standards, and vision of the association. Our committee ensures the smooth functioning of all activities, including training programs, tournaments, certifications, and national-level representation.

President

Provides leadership, represents the association nationally and internationally, and ensures adherence to the vision and mission of Qwan Ki Do.

Vice President

Assists the President, oversees major events, and manages state and regional operations.

General Secretary

Handles official correspondence, maintains records, and coordinates between branches and affiliated centers.

Joint Secretary

Supports the General Secretary and manages additional administrative tasks.

Treasurer

Manages the association’s finances, budgeting, and fund allocations for events and programs.

Technical Director / Head Instructor

Ensures technical quality, syllabus development, grading standards, and instructor training programs.

Tournament & Events Coordinator

Plans and executes championships, seminars, and workshops across various levels.

Public Relations & Media Officer

Promotes the association through media, social platforms, and public engagement.

State & Regional Representatives

Act as the link between local clubs and the central committee, ensuring smooth communication and policy implementation.
