General Safety

  • Medical check-up before joining
  • Warm-up & stretching mandatory
  • Train only under certified instructor
  • Maintain hygiene & wear clean Vo Phuc
  • No jewelry or sharp objects during practice

Training Environment

  • Clean, safe & spacious dojo
  • Use mats for throws & falls
  • Proper lighting & ventilation
  • Drinking water available

Protective Equipment

  • Use approved gear for sparring
  • Weapons only under supervision
  • Replace damaged equipment immediately

Training Conduct

  • Show respect & discipline
  • Bow when entering/leaving dojo
  • No reckless or unsupervised practice
  • Controlled contact only

Sparring & Competition

  • Start light before full speed drills
  • Follow official rules under supervision
  • Medical staff present at tournaments
  • Stop immediately if injured

Injury & First Aid

  • First-aid kit always available
  • Stop training immediately if injured
  • Inform instructor of medical conditions

Instructor Duties

  • Teach techniques step-by-step
  • Monitor safety & progress
  • Give safety briefings regularly
  • Maintain proper student ratio

Emergency Protocols

  • Evacuation plan in place
  • Maintain emergency contacts
  • Inform parents/guardians in case of injury
