As per National & International Standards

The rank recognition system of the Qwan Ki Do Association ensures that practitioners’ skills and achievements are evaluated and certified according to recognized national and international martial arts standards. Every belt or grade awarded holds value both in India and abroad.

🥋 Belt Ranking Structure

A. Beginner to Intermediate Levels (Coloured Belts)

Belt Description
White Belt Entry level; introduction to basic stances, strikes, and discipline.
Yellow Belt Basic techniques and improved coordination.
Orange Belt Development of strength, speed, and controlled movements.
Green Belt Intermediate techniques and combination drills.
Blue Belt Advanced coordination, self-defense skills, and sparring readiness.
Brown Belt Mastery of advanced techniques and preparation for black belt grading.

B. Advanced Levels (Black Belt & Higher Dan Grades)

Rank Description
1st Dan Black Belt Proficiency in core techniques and leadership in training.
2nd – 3rd Dan Advanced tactical skills, teaching ability, and contribution to Qwan Ki Do growth.
4th – 5th Dan National recognition; leadership in organizing events & training programs.
6th Dan & Above International recognition; contribution to global development of the art.

🌍 National & International Recognition

Level Details
National Recognition • All ranks certified by Qwan Ki Do Association and valid across India
• Black belts registered in National Martial Arts Register
International Recognition • Grading standards approved by global Qwan Ki Do federations
• Black belts & instructors receive internationally valid certificates

đź”’ Verification & Record Keeping

• Each certificate carries a unique serial number and is stored in the Association’s central database. • Verification can be requested online or via the official office.

📜 Validity & Renewal

• Coloured belts remain valid for life.
• Black belts & higher Dan ranks require renewal every 3 years to maintain active international instructor status.
