Requirements and Procedures for Affiliation

Qwan Ki Do Association

Eligibility Requirements

For Martial Arts Institutes

  1. Registration – Must be a legally registered martial arts training center, academy, or sports organization.

  2. Training Facility – Should have a safe, clean, and adequate training space with basic facilities like mats, equipment, and first-aid.

  3. Qualified Instructors – Must have at least one certified Qwan Ki Do instructor with valid recognition from the Association.

  4. Active Student Base – A minimum number of active students (as decided by the association) should be enrolled.

  5. Compliance with Association Standards – Must follow the training syllabus, grading criteria, and rules set by the Association.

  6. Ethical Practices – No record of misconduct, fraud, or unethical activities.

For Individual Instructors

  1. Certification – Must hold a valid Qwan Ki Do instructor certificate issued or recognized by the Association.

  2. Experience – Should have relevant teaching and competition experience.

  3. Character Verification – Must provide a good conduct certificate from a recognized authority or the Association’s governing body.

  4. Commitment to Standards – Agree to follow the Association’s teaching guidelines and grading system.

Required Documents

    1. Completed Affiliation Application Form.

    2. Copy of registration certificate (for institutes).

    3. Copy of instructor’s certification and ID proof.

    4. Passport-size photographs of instructors and key staff.

    5. Details of training facilities with photographs.

    6. List of current students with names and belt levels.

    7. Undertaking to follow the Association’s rules and regulations.

Affiliation Procedure
